Mary Beth C. LaBelle

With over 20 years of Healthcare IT experience, MB has worked in every aspect of this business. She started out understanding the technologies at Shared Medical Systems (Siemens). Later she worked as analyst, project leader, support manager and patient accounting director for many healthcare organizations in the Philadelphia area. MB also understands and has experience with large multi-entity facilities along with servicing smaller shops and Physician offices. She was a consultant supporting Siemens Invision for 5 years both on the Clinical's and Financial's. Eventually she worked with several other Consulting Firms doing Sales, Recruiting and Services to assist those firms in their vision of Healthcare IT Consulting.

With that history and a desire to improve resource management for both the client and the consultant, LSR was created. This business is 100% about people and their desire for improving Healthcare IT. Through LSR, Mary Beth can make sure that happens.

Business Operations

Bob Kline

Bob assumed the position of Vice President of Operations for LaBelle strategic Resources in January of 2007. Bob comes to LSR with 21 years of experience in the Health Information Technology field. From 1986 until 1991, Bob was a Senior HIT Analyst for Main Line Health, an Integrated Health System serving the suburban Philadelphia area. In 1991, Bob became a consultant for DARCA, a consulting company well-known for providing Siemens INVISION support and implementation services. DARCA acquired Exemplar Systems to become Elumen Solutions and was ultimately bought by Computer Task Group where Bob assumed the role of Practice Director for the Siemens Practice. In 2002, Bob joined Vitalize Consulting Solutions where he served as Practice Director for the Siemens and Eclipsys practices.

Rachel Reiter

Rachel Reiter may be new to Healthcare IT but she is certainly well versed in managing people. She comes from one of the area's top pharmaceutical companies, Merck, Sharp and Dohme. It was there where she gained her experience with an executive roll managing staff, operations and sr. management. Today, Rachel coordinates all of the recruiting and staff processing to assure that all of the LSR team is set up with the right tools for success.
