Agent Profiles

Jayson Pryzbyla joined LSR in January of 2010. He came to us with a Doctor in Pharmacy and experience in Epic through a year of implementation work in Willow for Sentara. When Jayson started with us he did not have his certification so while working his first assignment at Deaconess Health Systems he achieved his certification in Willow.

Jayson has become an expert in the following:

¥ Clinical decision support development, build & testing with meds, order sets, preference lists, clinical documentation, alerts and CPOM go-live support

¥ Developed Anticoagulation monitoring protocol Ð provides monitoring labs when an anticoagulant is ordered.

¥ Pharmacy-based patient scoring system development - facilitates a clinical pharmacist's workflow by locating and assigning an acuity point system for patients needing pharmacy interventions (i.e., IV-PO, abnormal results, pharmacy consults, core measures, drug monitoring)

¥ Dietary Patient Scoring system- used to direct workflow by locating and assigning an acuity point system for patients needing dietary intervention

¥ Best practice alerts - pharmacy-based therapeutic interchange with integrated interchange ordersets, MAR alerts, pharmacy based and system-wide alerts.

¥ Antimicrobial stewardship - development with results routing of cultures & sensitivity results for pharmacy

¥ Troubleshooting issues & assisting team related to Bar-coding, post Go-live issues, clinical reports, medication build and optimizations.

Jayson is married and is based in Tampa.
