Agent Profiles

Cecilia has been working with LSR for the past two years. She is an expert in training and ÒGo LiveÓ support for the EpicCare Ambulatory application. She has supported, Froedtert, ChildrenÕs Hospital of Philadelphia and Mount Sinai under the LaBelle Umbrella. Prior to that, she was the site support specialist for Kaiser Permanente of Silver Springs, Maryland for 4 years.

While at Kaiser, Cecilia created the roll out and implementation plan for EpicCare Ambulatory, Tapestry practice management which included Resolute, while assisting in training the staff.

Today at Mount Sinai, Cecelia is working at the North Shore Medical Group on Long Island. This unique clinic supports 50 doctors within 19 specialty clinics. Cecilia is the Lead on Go Live support; coordinating many of the activities at this clinic. She also works with the team as a trainer; an experienced guide in rolling out Epic.

Cecilia comes to us from Jamaica and has a degree in Information Systems with a minor in accounting from Dreyer University.
